I had thought of that, but I can’t seem to find a way to have it assign to the tech that wrote the note, only to a specific tech.

Hello Eberhard, We have a ticket in with both SolarWinds and Microsoft right now. SolarWinds gave me a few tweaks to try on my whd.conf file, so now we wait to see if it does it again. These issues are the worst, as they are intermittent to begin with, so we have no idea how long (if ever) until it does it again to know.…

I hear you. When we originally set up the help desk, we exported all the printers from Web Jetadmin, and rearranged it into the asset import spreadsheet. It would be nice to have this as a preset option though.

Eberhard, All in all Office 365 seems to be working well, but we have noticed that the helpdesk has intermittent issues being able to access its mailbox.
