Any update as to when the Store will be back??🤓
-
How? The only way we've tried is via UnDPs and that is quite clumsy.
-
Just upgraded to 2018.2 HF6 a couple days ago. Seeing a grey scree as well. No results.

Any news on when Nimble will be supported?!? Hoping it is much sooner that later.....
-
DanielleH Wrong!?? Week 3: Question 14 .... Your material does not specifically say that it supports Windows Server 2019. WEEK 3: QUESTION 14That is incorrect. ARM supports the Windows Servers 2008 R2, 2016, and 2019.
-
Sweet. We'll keep that in mind when we do our upgrade. Thanks!
-
I understand now Thank you for the post and responding.

aLTeReGo Guess I'm a little confused by the process or maybe the wording. I understand the idea of setting up a secondary server, but where do you actually upgrade Orion and all the SW apps? Or, is this just instructions for migrating to a new server/new OS and not upgrading Orion?
-
Yeah, not digging the questions from the 15th and 16th. Oh, well.
-
We did.
-
Hmmm....OK. I concede that if I used the Hint, then that is right. However, on the Product Page for ARM, the Collector Requirements doesn't say that. Access Management System - Access Rights Software | SolarWinds This is one BIG problem that we all have ... consistency between our published documentation and public facing…

What version of NimbleOS are you running?

Our SQL/DB team is wanting to upgrade our Orion Database SQL server to MS SQL Server 2017 or 2019. I see in the KB article that the current version of the Engineer's Toolset for Web, 11.0.8, isn't listed. ET is our only sticking point. Can we upgrade our db to SQL Server 2017 or higher and still have ET Web still work?
-
Thank you. We are setting up a complex condition and testing.
-
Yup. We finally saw that. Downloaded and installed. The users are now happy. I'll leave the Support Case open for now since there really seems to be an issue installing/upgrading from the old Legacy recorder. Thank you for your help and attention! Tom
-
Let me give that a try....Thanks!
-
Did you ever get this setup for your Liebert UPSs?
-
We were not really able to pin the slowness on Hotfix 3. We implemented the 2 remote pollers around the same time as the Hotfix 3 patch. We believe that the addition of these 2 pollers has caused some of the slowness. Several things we did: * Move ALL polling off the main poller to the remote pollers. * Tuned IIS * Setup…

Thank you.

Yes, I was logged into the Customer Portal. Product is Engineer's Toolset for Web. Thank you, Tom

I did open up a support case - Case # 00337894 - Unable to update the legacy recorder. All we see is a splash screen for Windows Installer options. It never updates or installes the update to the Legacy Recorder.
-
Interesting. When the users launch the Legacy recorder, they get prompted to install an updated version (updated legacy?). However, all that happens is they see a screen for Windows Installer Options. Where can we install the Legacy Recorder from the main poller?
-
I went good. We upgraded to NPM 12.3. Will be upgrading to 12.4 in a few months.
-
We have integrated SolarWinds with our ServiceNow instance - no use of outside/3rd parties. Depending upon what we desire, we use one of the two methods listed in other replies, either calling the ServiceNow Incident Trigger Action or using a customized PowerShell Script in the Trigger/Reset Actions. May I ask, why can you…

Sweet report! Is there any documentation on exactly what "Verify Waits" column means? Thanks!
-
bshopp Are you open to talking with other customers that use WPM heavily and have suggestions for improvements? Thanks, Tom

Tried a bunch of different times .... different browsers .... no luck... Cannot submit a support issue today DanielleH jvb
