Hi David, My HA pools is working normally healthy. the only issue. why is my normal APE is showing red on the page you can see below it showing "Active". but when checking on polling engine page. all is showing green. is there is anything related or need to be configured to make it green? or it related to database ?

Hi Neo, we have check. suspected database problem..mm maybe.. we also disable the netpath services. and then we suspected because of huge ncm jobs. does ncm job can cause this issue?

I will ask customer to checking on their database maintainence time. and run indexing jobs. maybe will disable the maintainence to see if the issue will no longer happen. if it is.. maybe they having issue with their sql db.
