mesverrum, if it is a new discovery it should automatically add the rss. but user have change the method of polling to wmi and did network discovery again. i think because of it this is happening. and i have tried select multiple node and there is no way to select manage resources to multiple node. only able to change…

jvb, nope when play using recorder it play normally. and currently we have multiple wpm player and the setup is same. but only this one have the issue. thanks

hi. david I will try.

it mean break 1 job running how 10 per device.

is there is any limit ?

yes. user are running multiple jobs to upload config update to their device. so they asking what is the maximum job can be run to update devices at one time.

understand. does it will affect the previous data that been collected?

Solved.

you are correct. user didnt activate and once i reactivate the licences it become green and ready to go!

Hi All, thanks for the support. i have done reactivate back APE.. then the issue is solved. thaks for all the assistant.

Hi David, My HA pools is working normally healthy. the only issue. why is my normal APE is showing red on the page you can see below it showing "Active". but when checking on polling engine page. all is showing green. is there is anything related or need to be configured to make it green? or it related to database ?

I will try suggested option first by solarwinds support. to repair the websites.

thank for the Information, but once I done changing the ip address on orion main poller. do I need to run config manager for all additional poller just for confirmation. because previously ape is still looking at vip ip address right? and now it become orion main ip without ha and without vip ip address. sorry for my dumb…

So far done migrate to 2019 and sql 2017. Workig fine. Just i just know that rabbitmq now using chiper.

what is the result of this issue?

Hi Neo, we have check. suspected database problem..mm maybe.. we also disable the netpath services. and then we suspected because of huge ncm jobs. does ncm job can cause this issue?

I will ask customer to checking on their database maintainence time. and run indexing jobs. maybe will disable the maintainence to see if the issue will no longer happen. if it is.. maybe they having issue with their sql db.
