  • So here's what I received back from my case: Log in as Admin\Setup\General\Options....Max Search Results. The "safe" Limit is between 1000 and 5000. It does in fact produce more results, but in some cases I have way more than 5000 of one type of device. 
  • I believe the only way you could do this is to create a different survey for each request type you have and build that information into your greeting for the survey. Under Tickets - Request Types you can then choose the specific survey for each request type. This way you can customize each one. Hope that helps.
