Are you sure you have the latest version of Network Atlas? We have confirmed that this works.
-
I am sorry, but Network Atlas does not provide any functions for image transformation.
-
What exactly is the information you'd like to see? Can you use a custom report to get this?
-
Thanks for reporting this issue. We'll take a look at the page to see what we can improve.

The component used for the layout "thinks" of the map as of a connected graph. If there are no lines connected, there is no connected graph, and therefore no layout. I will put this as a feature request into our system. Possible work-around for this is to connect all nodes with a line, then perform the circular layout, and…

The "Interfaces" table does not belong to UDT, so I'd rather use UDT_Port instead. Anyway, I am not sure what you're trying to achieve. Here's a simple query to lists both used and unused ports, but it's very similar to what you posted, so I guess there's a detail you're looking for and forgot to mention SELECT NodeID,…

Yes, we are tracking this internally.

Have you tried it with the latest version of SFTP Server? We have released an update couple of weeks ago (it is a free tool): http://downloads.solarwinds.com/solarwinds/Release/FreeTool/SolarWinds-SFTP-SCP-Server.zip

please see David's post in this thread:

To prevent zooming, the map size (and its background size) should not be bigger than the width of the column in which the map is displayed. You can check and set the width of the column under the "Personalize Page" link.
-
Network Atlas does not support this at the moment.
-
Deleting the custom properties is actually something you should NOT do, as silence mentioned in his previous post.
-
I think he meant he deleted all custom properties which prevented Network Atlas from working correctly. CourtesyIT, seeing your posts on Network Atlas in multiple threads, I recommend checking on your account limitations, and if that does not help, please contact our support.

It cannot. The minimum version of NPM running with UDT 3.0 is 10.4.1.
-
Yes, this is in NPM.

MapView.aspx currently does not support removing the node list. Since there would be only one resource left if you removed the list, you can use the Detach Resource feature (click on a resource heading to display it separately). So if you add a new map resource and configure it to display a map you want there, then the…
-
You might also use the Linked Background feature in Network Atlas. The map resource will download an image from a specified URI with every refresh.

Harold, you should not put your custom pictures to this folder, unless the machine is the only one running website and network atlas. The pictures would not be synchronized to other computers. Please see on where to put custom pictures. harryball, can you post some of the gifs here?
-
Hello, sorry for my late response. I will contact you using Private Message to get the packet capture from you.
-
What variables aren't working?
-
Network Atlas does not support AD, therefore you have to use your Orion ID and password. If you still cannot login, please contact our support.
-
What language do you have set in the browser? Have you tried any other browser than IE?
-
There are no specific limitations, the performance of maps depends on performance of your server, computer that is running Network Atlas, and the client browser accessing the website. However, I would not recommend putting more that 200 objects on a single map. Ideal maximum number would be around 100. If you need to, you…

There is a problem with the machine.config file, which is a computer-specific configuration file for .NET Framework. Did you change it manually? If not, please make a backup of this file, delete it from its location (C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Config\machine.config) and re-install .NET Framework 3.5.

This may mean the application failed to authenticate against the remote domain controller that should be in trust with the domain controller that is marked as "Active". Do you have all the domain controllers added in the Settings? You can also check the log. Enable the detailed logging first by editing your user settings…

I am afraid this is not possible.

This command is incorrect: copy /noconfirm running-config tftp://192.168.10.45/C:\TFTP The TFTP server is set to have one folder as TFTP root folder. This one is accessible to remote clients as tftp://192.168.10.45/. If you want a file to be uploaded, you need to name it, and its address will be…

There is also an option for your plan C: You can create a custom "button" on the Home tab with a hyperlink to the map page. The map page URL is http://<server>/Orion/NetPerfMon/MapView.aspx?Map=<map name>. Does this help?
-
The page with map thumbnails is a bit hidden, but can be found on this URL: http://<orion website>/Orion/NetPerfMon/AllMaps.aspx To add a toolbar button, go to Settings, click Customize Menu Bars, select the bar you want to customize, and look for button "All Maps". Drag it from the left to the right panel and click…
