this happens, when the process cannot access the icon file - the file may be missing, corrupt or the process just not have appropriate access rights. All the images used for maps are usually stored in c:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\Maps. I hope this helps...

There are many empty entries. Did you redact the log to remove them? Could you instead use some placeholders so I could see whether the values are propagated correctly? As far as I know, the fact you saw the green rectangle for up status was considered to be a bug with regards to comparison with Map Maker from Orion 9.1. That is why other people complained and we fix that. I am sorry you were the one affected negatively by the fix. I will notify our Product Manager about this thread.
