ok thanks, I'm working on that.
-
Hu Kurt, I think you tried that but I have to ask, do you still see conflicts also if you click on "hide link"?
-
Here it goes: http://downloads.solarwinds.com/solarwinds/Release/Components/SolarWinds-Orion-ManagementPack-v2.0.0.zip This add support for SCOM 2012 into SolarWinds SCOM MP functionality. thanks, Michal

Hi James NPM 10.5 finally has it
-
thanks nbellenbaum. Unfortunately it is not part of NPM 10.4 RC, we have it on our feature list but I can't give you any commitment regarding dates.
-
Hi Richard, unfortunately it's not so simple and resource load is linear. The best think I can recommend to you is read this two Thwack posts about monitoring of polling engines:…
-
Hi noobes, as Deltona has mentioned above. It mainly depends on what you need to monitor (interfaces, routers, switches, wireless, netflow?) in order to make a good recommendation. Polling engines has so many variables to work with (size of SNMP requests/responses - post processing) so there is no linear ratio regarding…

Hi, I'm glad you asked. Let me clarify the purpose of feature request forum. The reason why we are always trying to provide an advice, workaround or similar solution for feature request is that we want to be sure that non of proposed solutions are acceptable for you/our users. Because from time to time you may consider…

Hi Dave, thanks for fedback. I'd like to hear little bit more about your requests. I'll contact you off-line if you are OK with that. thanks, Michal
-
hi ajurado, I updated our feature request. thanks!
-
Thanks for a feedbeck. Does the splitting of large subnets to smaller groups resolve your problem?
-
thanks. We are actively working on this issue - so you should be also able to create an admin account which can't edit others admin accounts.
-
Hi, please go ahead and contact our support, they will be able to help you with upgrade problems. It would be great to get back here once you will have this fixed. thanks, Michal
-
if you try to do a change manually there should appear the user name of those who was signed and made this change.
-
could you give us some idea what exactly you would like to see there and why? thanks!
-
Hi, the list of bugs will be finalized during GA announcement. Or are you asking just for RC3 - RC4 fixes? thanks, Michal
-
OK, understand. Then unfortunately, VNQM is not the product that has that IPSLA operation support. I'll mention this request in our internal tracking system, so we can review that in near future when we will put together context for vNext.
-
This is actually very interesting information for us. We are currently dealing with HW CM only which is not so flexible for us. We will give that a shot. From your experience, is there any difference between CDRs format or CM API on virtual instance of Avaya CM or its HW appliance? thanks, Michal
-
got it thanks
-
We are working on NPM service release. It will be out very soon. I'll keep you guys informed. As you may see this problem has more than one solution but we are trying to offer you fast fix for your problems. thanks, Michal

This feature (netobject macro support for custom table, custom chart and SWQL data srouce) has been implemented in NPM 12 (and platform that goes with that release so you can see it with SAM and other product on that platform version).
-
that's interesting. I can understand significant size of that table. So if we would not poll whole table, what's the minimum set of data you would like to see there? Or would you prefer to load some part of that table "on demand"? thanks for explanation - this is a good discussion. Michal

Hi jambo1967, I guess that your linux boxes behind the firewall where there are other machines in the same subnet that respond to icmp/snmp correct? For this case, it's still valid that the workaround with transient period is the best way to go. We are now in the process of evaluating of these cases and trying to find the…
-
I understand you. Unfortunately IPAM doesn't share this DB fields with NCM right now. But we will definitely consider that for future.
-
Hi, there should not be any risk behind setting up IP SLA on your network. IPSLA operations have a minimal impact on network health. The only problem could be when you set up operations to be tested too frequently or you have a lot of overlapping operations on the same paths. You may take a look into the IPSLA admin guide…
-
thanks all, I added your votes and we will consider that for future.
-
Hi we are currently monitoring this request (FB95310). Our DEV team currently works on different things (see what we are working on) but please speak up so we can consider this request for future. thanks, Michal
-
that would be great Mustafa.
-
hi cvinka, the upcoming release will contain MGCP PRI only but SIP is on our list of future.
-
hi rgward, this is something that should be fixed in NPM 10.6 RC. @johndpeeknd - I appreciate your feedback. We have developed this feature for users that intensively use multicast data and they are satisfied with this V1 - mainly because of multicast group and multicast topology information. The use case here is to focus…
