Hi, we actually thinking about such support. are there also another IPSLA opperations you would like to add?
-
Hi, sorry this is not possible right now - you can't directly change supernet to subnet via supernet edit option. Is this a "singleshot" issue or are you doing that on regular basis? I'm trying to understand what are you trying to do because you can obviously add subnets as a part of this super net so there should not be a…

we can give you call topology information. I believe some of the information are already stored in CDRs (music on hold, transcoder). Do you get this data via call manager console these days?

Our IPAM doesn't provide any virtual IP for device - it always depends on your static IP configuration or DHCP configuration. What problem are you trying to solve?
-
Thanks for contacting us. I've created a feature request to track this problem (111972). Is there anyone else that have the similar infrastructure and would like to apply the same scenario?

Hi Kurt, UDT has sometimes issues with monitoring ports on Nexus devices (assuming you have virtual ports there too). could you briefly look and validate the compatibility in this KB: http://knowledgebase.solarwinds.com/kb/questions/3245/Cisco+Nexus+Switch+NX-OS+%28Network+Operating+System%29+Support and let me know? if…

Hi Craig, currently we don't support creating custom menu bars.

Hi, we have two kinds of percentage availability for operations. The first one is available per operation and shows you percentage availability in time. And second one shows you actual operations status (up,down, waring, etc.). Is this what you need? We also monitor customer feature request for having "percentage…

Hi, this should be possible by following this scenario: 1) Add subnet 2) Fill in Subnet name, CIDR and Subnet address (range) 3) Uncheck “Add IP Addresses with the subnet” 4) Save 5) Add IP Range 6) Add the ranges let me know if this resolved your problem. thanks, Michal

Thanks for feedback. I entered a feature request to track this (FB111960)

Hi, there is no automatic exclusion of access switches from the alert triggers.
-
Hi Deltona, we are working on that actively (after Avaya implementation). can't promise any date but it should be sooner than later
-
Thanks for sharing. We will try to investigate this behavior.

This is known issue. We are working on solution. Please see this link for workaround: how to change CLI credentials in IPSLA thanks, Michal

Hi, this is possible. Please this page where you can find the NPM (and other products) upgrade path:http://knowledgebase.solarwinds.com/kb/questions/1888/Compatibility+of+SolarWinds+Orion+Products+for+Installation+and+Upgrade then you can download required versions from your customer portal. Similar discussion was also…

actually it sounds more as ticketing system (or I assume based on what you've wrote) which is not something we are currently plan for IPAM. I can perfectly understand what you would like to do and it's good topic to discuss since we can for instance improve few things like offer first free IP address on some visible spot…

Hi, the answer is no. IPAM doesn't actively delete DHCP scope on server. IPAM just do read only scans of the scope(s).
-
hi, is that statically assigned IP or is that DHCP scope?
-
Hi Mark, It depends what exactly you want to monitor (what area). Our product are typically based on a centralized server with remote pollers. But these pollers are here for scalability purposes rather than a remote probes. For example, our Network Performance Monitor uses SNMP and WMI to monitor network devices and their…

Hi all, we are interested how much do you want support for CISCO DHCP server management (not just a monitoring which is in current version 3.0). You can vote here: http://thwack.solarwinds.com/polls/1028 thanks!

Hi, it's not build it but we can customize one. need a help with that?
-
hi dkeyse, I would suggest to create groups directly in your spreadsheets (may use VB macro if needed) and then IPAM can create groups automatically based on Group information in your spreadsheets. Just check "groups/supernets/subnet" option in IPAM importing wizard:

Hi guys, I'm sorry for late response (vacation). Thanks for pointing out to the inconsistency in our EOL/EOS messaging and v3.11. The truth is 3.11 will be moved under EOS/EOE soon as we do not any longer improving NTA on SQL data store. All the new functionality (including app-flows, QoS management, etc.) will be…
-
Hi Daniel, @1 - No need to reconfig your flows. Keep it coming to additional poller. You have to install NTA additional poller on your NPM AP machine and it will work (you can download it from your customer portal). @2 No additional license needed. NTA additional poller requires NPM additional poller so if you already have…

Hi cwilliams15, thanks for feedback. Unfortunately this is not possible in current version of IPSLAM. We track that as feature request (FB89080 for internal folks). For other IPSLAM users, please speak up if you are looking for the same functionality. thanks, Michal

Hi Spudnet, what you have described works in latest version of NPM. You can also try NPM 10.3 RC http://thwack.solarwinds.com/message/167904#167904
