hi, could you please post back what exactly you tried (your current regex & powershell expression)? thanks, Michal
-
Hi Imniaya, it's a destination IP address. If you use VNQM, we will graphically tell you what will be the source and destination so you don't nee to worry about this.
-
This is interesting because this should be possible. When I follow this workflow it works: could you please share your workflow, maybe it's a bug. thanks, Michal
-
what are you trying to do actually?
-
we've tried several ways how to achieve this, but I must say none of the outputs truly solved your problem. I'm tracking this as new feature request for the summary page resource where you may pick from multiple call managers. The only workaround is to create multiple subviews on the summary page, each for one gateway…

Hi, these resources are tighten on detail page of the call manager. But let me check if there is no trick how we can give you the dashboard you need.
-
Hi, there is a reason why we use limitation of 18 nodes(306 operations) for fully meshed configuration that you can create at one time. When configured properly, IP SLA operations have a minimal impact on your overall network health. Problems can arise when configurations force operations to be tested too frequently, or…

Hi Bill, IPSLA currently allows you to do filter only by Source Node: OperationCurrentStats_VoIPOperationCurrentStats.SourceNodeID='${NodeID}' Could you please tell me what exactly you would like to see on an IP SLA Operation Details page and why, before I create a feature request? thanks, Michal
-
Hi, have you had a chance to see what we are working on for upcoming IPSLA - http://thwack.solarwinds.com/message/169415#169415? We are currently in beta phase and I think you should definitively try that because you can work with CDR files produced by your call managers and see quality pointers like Jitter, Latency, MOS…
-
Hi, we take all info from gateway and currently do not allow users to re-name. let me think if there is a workaround for what you need (assign PRI trunk to specific virtual group = provider and see utilization). I opened FR for this.
-
Hi, 31 days is maximum history we store for CDRs. VNQM is currently designed to quality troubleshooting rather than capacity planning, billing or long term quality reporting. The problem is technology, not the reason that we would be intentionally blocking historical data. MS SQL can't handle well so many records and then…
-
Hi Jon, do you have a more specific idea what data you would like to collect from those devices (video, overall performance)? thanks, Michal

Hi Raplhr, thanks for the reasonable request. We are already tracking this request as #56697. Other UnDP users, please let us know how useful it will be for you. thanks, Michal
-
Hi, did you use UnDP for your previous Fortinet device polling (like this: http://thwack.solarwinds.com/thread/41468) ?
-
hi Jack, May I assume one is primary and second is a backup server? if you have all zones configured as "primary" on both servers (some kind of full mirroring high availability) I would remove secondary-backup server from IPAM monitoring. Maybe if you share with us what kind of configuration (domain controller servers and…

It is now feature of IPAM 3.0

Hi, how long is the instance running? If more than 1 hour, please submit a new support ticket here: Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds
-
Hi, This issue is probably caused by blocked communication in your network (generally ports in range between 1024 - 65535). To resolve this situation, just follow the instuctions on the following website (step 4): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/839880/en-us you can also open support ticket on solarwinds.com thanks, Michal
-
Hi all, thanks for sharing your details. We are working on a fix for this problem with a high priority. thanks for your patience. Michal
-
Hi, thanks. I'm entering the internal feature request for this.
-
Hi, so did you check those three steps to check? If yes and you have no firewall rule for 1777 port, you have enabled port sharing and running Orion Module Engine service, then you should contact our support and they will help you to solve this problem.
-
Hi Yoshida, to me it sounds like you would like to have better integration between NPM and IPAM correct? So after clinking on IP address in IPAM you would like to have a possibility to see NPM node details. Is this correct?
-
Hi hortonew, I'm checking your question with engineering, we will let you know shortly. In the mean time, why are you trying to replace certificate?
-
Hi, could you please give us more details on how it should be used and what you can't do with current limitation options? thanks, Michal
-
Hi, it's actually not so simple that's why it doesn't work with the script above (wrong subnet utilization). we want to improve our API and bring native support for such operation. could you please describe the problem you want to solve (for example mark IP as used during VM machine setup, or new IP phone delpoyment...)…
-
Hi penthac, you can do that via NPM UNDP, see related Twhack post: CISCO HSRP CUSTOM POLLER thanks, Michal
-
could you share a screenshot please?
-
have responded to your question in another thread: http://thwack.solarwinds.com/message/174663 Although IPSLA Manager configures ICMP Echo operations using SNMP (which is described in the AdminGuide mentioned in the thread on the link), you can configure the operation in the console using the commands described in:…

Hi Jon, doesn't sounds familiar to me. Any Checkpoint log files (for example timeouts, etc.?).
