Hi, Orion MP 1.1.1 doesn't support MS SCOM 2012. We are tracking that internally and I'll let you know when I have more details about when it will be available. thanks, Michal

Hi, you can simply call this method and SWQL query that returns first Available IP for selected subnet: Get-SwisData $swis 'SELECT TOP 1 I.DisplayName FROM IPAM.IPNode I WHERE Status=2 AND I.Subnet.DisplayName = ''192.168.1.0 /24'' '

Hi Joel/database you did discover [SolarWindsOrion].[dbo].[Events] correctly. but did you also assign right EventType when adding custom IPAM tables? Take a look into [SolarWindsOrion].[dbo].[EventTypes] and re-use once of IPAM event types when adding custom ones. There is a filter on ipam events resource to show only IPAM…

It's because you accidentally delete nodes every day? Or what usually happen that you need recycle bin for deleted nodes (interfaces, groups?) thanks, Micahl

Original NBAR was not so good at detecting various traffic (including encrypted). we're ready woth NTA Beta and NBAR2 support. I'll be glad to get your feedback on what does it show you in your network. Sign up here: Better application traffic visibility - NTA 4.2 Beta using NBAR2

it should be already fixed. thanks, Michal

We've fixed the problem with CPU spikes in NPM 10.6 RC so I would recommend to try this updated. rgward has mentioned that here: http://thwack.solarwinds.com/ideas/2610 If you would like to complete disable multicast (not per node via List Resources), you can do that via SQL query: DELETE FROM Pollers WHERE PollerType LIKE…

Hi, have you chance to test IPAM 3.1 beta on Cisco Prime Network Registrar devices? We still mussing this one in our lab? thanks, Michal
-
Hi, I can understand that and we are currently looking how to extend our product integration functionality. thanks, Michal
-
Hi, we are still considering support of this vendor - can you please share with us why you don't want to use their OOTB IPAM solution (if it's not just a price). I'm asking to better understand your need. thanks, Michal
-
We haven't heard about such feature request yet. could you please give us specific version of Cisco wireless devices that support DHCP? thanks Michal
-
Hi, it is one of our priority item for the future. is there anything special for ISC you would like to see in IPAM? thanks, Michal
-
Hi, we haven't tested our beta version on such type of device. It seems to be not typical Cisco DHCP server. We will try to validate but it would be great if you could try beta and let us know. thanks, Michal
-
Hi, you can now use Cisco ASA DHCP functionality (create, remove scope, etc.) it would be great if you could try that in your environment and let us know how that works. thanks, Michal
-
I know the UDT team was working on that, I'll let UDT product owner Peter K. to respond where may the beta come with this.
-
our Engineering team can help here. Just to make sure, you want to create downtime report for interfaces involved in IPSLA operations? or you thinking about such report for all monitored interfaces (nodes)?
-
we are working on it right now as a highest priority. unfortunately can't give you more precise date because of revenue recognition policy. but I would recommend subscribe in VNQM beta forum so you may watch the progress.
-
this is actually very good request. currently we are trying to merge all the credential types across Orion platform to make it re-usable across products.
-
Hi Carl, not in current Beta. however we are now investigating support for Avaya call manager S8700 and Avaya media gateway
-
we should be able to poll that. you may try Beta 2 that contains this PRI polling.
-
Hi, it's on our roadmap but not with the top priority - that's what we have on our "what we are working on" page.
-
Hi, we will investigate why it doesn't support current IPSLA functionality (or better to say what's the difference between IOS versions).
-
Hi,I'll create an internal feature request for that. unfortunately these are not widely requested vendors for VoIP in VNQM. Feel free to create a feature request on thwack Ideation thanks, Michal
-
Hi Andrew, we are currently investigating market and users needs so I can't give you more details about supported devices. But Cisco telepresence is on list along with polycom, and other HW & SW video vendors. thanks for feedback, Michal
-
Hi, what's the difference between those two devices?
-
Hi, it depends on amount of request coming from market/users. Feel free to create an feature request on our Ideas twhack site. thanks, Michal
-
You will get it, we also pairing emails from survey with your email registration on Thwack in order to associate the rewards. Let me know if you will not get it in next few days and we will fix it.
-
exactly - you may see who added/unmanaged node, removed or edited node, or if someone created a new user or changed list resources.
-
Hi, thanks, we are tracking that as a customer feature request.
-
Hi, as you've probably seen, it was not - except RC version. But it's coming guys!!
