how PRI stands against SIP capacity monitoring for you in term of priority? Do you have just PRI or PRI & SIP trunks?
-
ok thanks. and how often/why you want to do that? You would like to pre-configure SLA operations and then just monitor some of them depends on situation?
-
Hi, take a look on updated "what we are working on": "> (there are new use cases regarding VoIP support).
-
Hi, have you tried our new VoIP and Network Quality Manager? It has now support for CCM v 7.x and 8.x. Please let us know if you are missing some kind of important information. thanks, Michal

Hi isaqellari, If you will use APM for HW elements monitoring then you have to install those "hw managers" on server's side. APM then use SNMP or WMI polling and ask for a data provided by Server's applications. Regarding the OIDs, the answer is yes, there are the same for different operation system.

Hi, no it won't be limited to Cisco. We are working on support for Dell, HP, F5 and Juniper networking hardware devices. It is already included in our Beta 2 release and would be great if you can test it and let us know for what devices it has worked or not. thanks, Michal
-
Hi Bryan, I contacted you offline to setup a short chat session. thanks, Michal
-
thanks, that's exactly what I wanted to hear. what is your problem you want to solve - in this case automation of getting free IP during new vm provisioning.
-
yes, currently we support Cisco and Microsoft DHCP. I added your voice and updated customer request for DHCP from Infoblox. thanks.
-
will do, thanks Deltona.

NPM 10.5 Release candidate is ready - NPM 10.5 RC Survey
-
we do plan to improve UnDP so when you would build MPLS it would be as a native support in NPM. MPLS is one of the drivers here.
-
Hi troiken, please go ahead and open a support ticket regarding this issue. thanks, Michal
-
what statistics would you like to get from gateway? with our latest VNQM 4.2 RC2 we are able to detect gateway automatically as part of VoIP call and show it on call signaling page. You don't have to add it as a node and what you get is ratio of failed/successful calls.

Thanks a lot for details! Do you also assume this needs to be connected to DHCP servers and if there are DHCP scopes in those subnets they should be merged/split too?
-
we are preparing feature design for this because it is one of the frequent requests. You can subscribe to our "what are we working on" thread where it will appear once we will start active development.
-
Hi John, feel free to send me your MIB walks. Regarding the Juniper switches - they should be supported. I would really appreciate if you could install our Beta 2 build and try our HW health monitoring feature in order to validate functionality on your devices as well as data consistency. HW health resources are not…

if you use new web based reporting and custom SWQL/SQL report, then you may do direct export to Excel (see mid right hand corner):
-
good feedback. I'll pass this to our designers team so we may re-validate this behavior. thanks for sharing!
-
If you can produce CDR files (for instance for billing purposes) then it is exactly what we are looking for. I'll schedule a GoTo meeting with you and our DEV team may quickly investigate. thanks John! Michal
-
should be fixed already. (try to clear browser cache if or hit ctrl +f5 to reload the page). thanks, Michal
-
Hi Tony, testing locally... I'll come back with report.
-
So it is not just about do an export for backup purposes. you assume to do a changes in such exported spreadsheet. Am I'm right? thanks
-
yes, everything remains the same. It would be deleted only in case it would switch to the "Available" state. thanks, Michal

Hi Richard, good questions. VNQM uses SNMP write and CLI under global config for some of the IP SLA operations. Have you seen pages 106-120 in http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/IPSLA/docs/VNQMAdministratorGuide.pdf ? Let me know if this doesn't answer your questions. thanks, Michal
-
Perfect, thanks Josh. I think we will talk very soon
-
Hi, this is know issue, upgrade your firmware: SolarWinds Knowledge Base :: Orion NTA Displays No NetFlow Data from Palo Alto PA-5020 on PANOS 4.1.6
-
and do you care only about IPSLA Video operation? I'm pretty sure you can use VoIP jitter or packet loss in order to monitor quality of the line between you Cisco routers using our VNQM products.
-
thanks! any other voices?
-
we would like to cover this by better & new UnDP template mechanism.
