Ok, so office polled. Gaggle was popular. Bunch, seems to be in use already. Array was dismissed as it should be applied to Developers. Cluster was our over all winner.

Sorry Microsoft, Delta is switching to iOS "Could we do something about the dot matrix printers used at every gate and the metric ton of paper printed for each flight? Please?" I hadn't realised this was still a thing until I was flying home from THWACKcamp and could hear the noise. Thinking that sounds like a dot matrix…

Source code leak: From reading around the source code leak, with the content that was distributed, and how it already went to vendors, I think a lot of it may have been in the wild already. Patching XP: I think this is a tricky one. Microsoft doesn't want the bad press but needs to let it die, and explaining to users is…

I've never had to work with HIPAA, but have had to work with PCI it appears that there is good deal of crossover.

SIP & Asterisk would be great.

None of the answers are on the page itself, so I clicked the video, and within ten seconds he says : locking and blocking are ........... to track down. Sounds like the correct answer to me.

Thanks for these, I'm sharing these with my less code inclined network peers.

Really looking forward to expanding on network Automation.

You don't necessarily need a magnet....A match would do.

This year we have really taken steps to improve our SAM monitoring. We now use a custom JMX template to get all the application statistics we need. That being said cyber Monday isn't really an event we notice application wise.

It will be a sad day if this passes as it will be felt around the world. Unfortunately as I don't have a State representative I can't do anything

Good article, but yes automation is nothing new

I think silo's start being created because it becomes too big not to. However they aren't necessarily a bad thing, provided you can establish a good level of communication between them. Our best tool in recent times to assist with this has been deploying HipChat.

We'd already given it another name, the Internet of Threats.

Not enough experts, but far too many magic amulet sellers.
