This would be a really nice feature to add.
-
they haven't opened it yet. There was apparently an issue with it EARLY this morning.

In the times I've had to implement something new, I was able to propose it similar as you did but also added in ROI based on ease of use being a factor in more quickly resolving issues. The time taken to have to figure out a ticketing system (if the current one is tedious) increases MTR. Using this helps occasionally

Mainly we've been sticking to vendor supplied tools and are starting to look at an analytics pack we have to further gain information into our storage environment.

congratulations.

This would actually be an extremely beneficial feature to add to EOC. I could see a real use for this.

Great way to start the new year

There is no doubt an item like this is needed from Thwack. The Thwack Network Defender.

You're not King Geek, you're SuperGeek, you need a cape, a mask, and a cool belt.

I'm not sure how far we're going with something like this, but it does give some good points to think about when the time comes to have this conversation.
-
if you are referring to the .config extension that NCM uses, that is a file that can be opened as a text file.
-
I only need to accumulate about 30,000 more points and I could literally buy everything I haven't purchased yet out of the store. Not sure what I'll do with that much stuff, but hey, the fact that I could do it is well..............I'm not sure what that is.......

Thank you for sharing this information. My thoughts are with all his friends and family. Never easy to lose a friend.

With the amount of time most of us spend online and on placed like here, I think we're all that person.

Not I. I've been able to get all the other questions on that track and all the questions on the other track, but that Q1 for security has been getting to me. Especially since I'm a completionist. I've had to give up on it. grrrrrrr

Is this releasing with a SolarWinds SnackTime Monitor tool in order to present a full Mealtime Overview?

I think the problem that anyone runs into, especially when we look at human involvement is ensuring those vested parties are taking the time to evaluate the reports and adding in what they feel is needed. If not, then this becomes a variable of contention and can lead to a lack of understanding due to those vested not…

I think esther may have meant that it had to be all lower. When I tried the answer with any caps then it failed. Once I entered it all lower it worked. That's just mean man! That's just mean.

I did not realize that. Very good information to have. Thanks for sharing that.
-
Very good information. This will help us going forward when more light gets turned onto patching.

Congratulations.

Using the holiday slowness to set up this beta. So far I like what I'm seeing with the AppStack and AppInsight for IIS. I'm hoping to incorporate the new SRM and NPM betas into the server soon. The additions look like they are going to assist a lot with our groups looking into overall issues from a single point.

agree. It's been extremely frustrating, at least the Q1 on the Security path.
-
Very good read here that1guy15. I've always believed it's good to spread knowledge having been that single point of failure. Fortunately there are several aspects we've began utilizing from emails to DLs, now using Office365 One Drive (formerly Sky Drive). Myself, as with the other members of the team, can document things…

Coming soon.......Badges!!!!

I think I've narrowed it down to a browser issue with Chrome. I'm going to do another test using FireFox, but so far it seems Chrome is the issue. Flippin' Google.
-
Let's do this.

This one makes you dig for information, I like it.
