I agree SolarWinds could allow for the option (why I voted up) but I think we're just wanting to make sure everyone is aware there is a workaround for this.

I agree with the need and the frustration here. There are more and more IT using Windows phones. An app for this would help to justify adding this into these types of environments.

Is there a timeframe that this is going to occur? This is hindering the "single pain of glass" ability of EOC for clients that heavily utilize hardware health monitoring and WPM.

Would just enabling clients to submit tickets via email, then setup the incoming mail settings do this?

Same here. Between this one and I think it was Question 8 last week....it makes me have to stop and think about how I'm thinking about the answer, and occasionally going back to "what would the obvious answer be? Am I over-thinking this?"

I just tried the Q2 systems one and after putting in the answer it froze then went to you've already completed the survey without showing the code.

I agree that one tool does not rule all, but with that also needs to come the ability to find how to use each tool to it's maximum benefit in conjunction with the additional tools being used. Setting up a NOC view is fairly simply. When you are in Manage Views, create a summary view, and add your resources. At the bottom of the edit screen is a checkbox to Enable NOC View Mode. Doing this will put an Enable NOC View option to your created view. While in NOC View, no resources can be edited. 

It's the name you sign in with, so for me it's mharvey. Points aren't awarded until after the mission closes. With this mission running through February, all points won't be awarded until March.

As long as the NOC account isn't an admin, it shouldn't see these I would assume. I'm guessing this is not what you are seeing though?

From past experience, Web Transaction Monitor isn't a bad tool for website usability performance and monitoring. It's got some limits, but is pretty effective.

hopefully you don't have any curious little types that may try to take said system for their own. I have three said gremlins also known as wife and kids. They are a devious set of gremlins willing to take that which is not theirs and try to "figure out" how it works and whether in should be "theirs".
