Looking for the same feature, Filewave uses PostgreSQL, wondering if you can just directly connect to the DB or a copy of the DB.

Anyone know if there is any movement on this?

Ok I see that behavior. But if you launch two tabs and login to each of them it seems to work ok.

In the latest demo (Version 12.4.2) I'm able to open multiple tabs in a single instance of Chrome and navigate to separate locations within WHD under the same user account without issue.

Not really, I had too many issues with ARD reporting, it's not designed to handle multiple VLANS so it would crash or never finish an audit. I called Apple support but they were not much help. In theory it works but only in very small environments.

yes to both, I produce my own barcoded asset tags from a Panduit TDP43ME printer and I scan serial numbers from stock barcodes.

Not sure how the DB would react to changing usernames and linking to the new client account but could try that. Else let LDAP create the new accounts and do a bulk edit of the tickets and transfer them to the new account. I would submit a ticket with support for something like that.
