I got the web browser part working as it was just an exception missing under the proxy settings. I can't get the pass-through working as I didn't know how to do: about:config in firefox. I didn't know where to find it. If you could let me know that would be great sam

Yes NCM and Npm are on the same box. All looks to be configured ok but no email is generated. When a configuration change is made to new configuration is downloaded to NCM but the email is not sent. It's almost working! I'll put screenshots up. Thanks

THIS WORKS......!!! I thought i had tried every combination but i used nprobe /c -i 1 -nxxx:2055 -u 1 -Q 1 and it worked. I have been working on this solid for about 5 days so I'm really chuffed. Many thanks Sam

I've edited the menu options file and stopped/started services but when i right click on NPM the putty option isn't there. Just telnet. Putty is installed onto the machine in the right location though. Has anyone tried this? Sam

I've run the exe tool but when it asks for the eoc server name and passwords this fails. I've added the username as per the website username domain\username then my windows domain password. This is obviously wrong as it does not work. Any ideas? Sam

You can't use the database with manager using sql express. Must use studio to back up. I've just upgraded and lost all the devices in system manager. This seems strange as I didn't read this in the documentation that it would happen. I need it as the pc Orion is on is unbearable slow on the web console. Do you think it would be worth me installing 9.5 again? I don't want to bugger it up even more though sam
