The Orion website error came back. I was able to login this morning but before I clicked on a different menu, it logged me out and ever since I cannot get to the page.

I do not have \Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion directory. The URL for the website is http://bcmswnpm (which is the server name and it resolves to the Ip address of the server) I get login page. I do not see the diagnostic utility. The installation directory for solarwinds on our server is D:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Network Performance Monitor V7. I do not see it in that directory. Meena

The URL of the page is http://<servername> or http://<ip address of the server>. I can get to the page and I get a login screen. I tried logging in as an admin as well as a read-only user. But both times, I get "Orion websiite error" as I posted on the first message on this thread.

I do not see any SolarWindsDiagnostics.exe file. Can someone copy it to the customer portal so that I can download it and run it? Meena

When you install 8.5, .NET 3.0 gets installed. I looked at the other bug and it seems to be 2 differnet bugs.

The time frame is fixed for a month, say March 1st through March 31st and not a sliding window.

I manually saved the reports on the reports folder. I normally save them on the first of every month for the previous month. (say on March 1st, I generate a report for Feb 1st through 29th). SW support told me that 8.5 upgrade can be done diectly from 7.8.5.

I have the time frame set to 1st and last day of every month. Still, the data varies when I click on the report. I think it is based on the data stored on the DB which slightly varies based on how the data is rolled up. Correct? Meena

Well, I looked the data more closely now and I see holes in the data starting Monday night itself. I am also seeing holes on Tuesday and Wednesday early morning and this is all before I started turning off the "interface error" monitoring on the access points. If you have any access list for SNMP on your switches and routers, make sure you add the IP address of the second polling engine. I had the same issue and once I added the second poller in the SNMP access list, it started collecting data.
