As a first time attendee, I have to say this was my favorite work event I was able to attend this year. As mentioned, it was an event actually dedicated to us for us. There was no hidden agenda like there is at some of the other conferences you go to. There were no sales pitches (unless that's what you wanted, then someone…

Same issue for me as well. EDIT: After trying an e-mail address instead of a Thwack username, it worked for me.

yumdarling, the video says "click on the Asset Info tab", but then actually clicks on the "Ticket Details" tab.

scott.driver I totally get that. After all, it is the reason most of us got into tech. Your blogs are fantastic! I hope you're able to continue writing them both to scratch your itch and so we get to read them!

Done!

Thanks! No, not yet. I'm still working on the SWQL. It's still a very new concept for me.

Thank you for posting this, I really needed to see this right now. These really are questions you should ask yourself before even considering the idea of moving into management. And some I hadn't really even put much thought into.

adatole here's what I mentioned in the BYOQ at SWUG. Thanks!!

I'm with mlovelady11, more gear for women would be great! A SW polo would be a great addition to my wardrobe. I'm also keeping my eye on some games for the Switch!

nato I wish I did, but nothing yet! I just made this feature request this morning

This is still a HUGE issue in my environment! #bumpsquad

Survey complete!

I was so scared to hit that submit button this morning. Thanks for the heads up!

nato I was thinking the exact same thing at first too. The more you look at it (and use custom properties) the easier it becomes to understand. I just started using custom properties a lot, in alerting and dynamic queries especially. I'd highly recommend it!
-
nato this may help with using custom properties: Success Center - Use Custom properties when sending email alerts
-
feltonlewis We do the same thing. Too many alerts and too many messages make people ignore whatever is going on making them pointless.
-
biedrzyc yours looks great so far! I saw these threads that looks like it has some stuff similar to Kevin's presentation last week: Reusable alert templates CSS in email alerts bgpPeerState and Alerting (Need a second set of eyes)

Hey stephend! If you want to add it as an external site in a view of its own: * Add external websites to the Orion Platform If you would you just rather have it in a widget on an existing page: * Create custom HTML resource view - Success Center * Display an embedded Web page in Orion - Success Center
-
This may be a good place to start: NPM 11.5: WEB-BASED ALERTING HOW-TO PLUS WIRELESS HEAT MAPS, DUPLEX MISMATCH DETECTION AND MORE!
