To be sure I understand, you want one report for all WAN IFs or do you want one report per IF?
-
How long did you wait after adding the chart? You will have to wait for two polling intervals.
-
Is this in Advanced Alert Manager? Can you show the alert you are having trouble with?
-
You can change it to HTML
-
What problem would this alarm address? Are these 5 devices related or just any 5 out of the whole pool of devices? Why 5? Does that meet an SLA metric? I'm just digging to try to get an idea on how to solve this.
-
Is this what you are trying to do? If so it's in NetFlow Settings -> Manage Applications and Service Ports.
-
I suggest you open a ticket for this one.
-
Can you post your poller in the NPM content exchange then give me a bump to look at it? In the notes section on the post, note that the poller is in testing.
-
Make sure to install as admin
-
To poll instance 24 from that table set the poller to OID.instance or 1.3.6.1.4.1.45.5.12.1.1.1.24
-
Some of the required flow fields are not configured. See this KB - http://knowledgebase.solarwinds.com/kb/questions/802/Required+flow+template+fields
-
On the top trigger, click on the "Trigger when any..." condition group and make sure Type of property to monitor changes to "Node".
-
If you are on 9.5 SP4 you will be ok. I just tested on that version.
-
Try a UnDP on 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.1.2, Host MIB:hrSystemDate. It works on my 2003 Server.
-
Hi JustinY, This is because we are not interpreting that template. This support in on the roadmap. No date to share right now. Andy

You can add the top XX interfaces by traffic to the Node details view. Will this do the trick? I don't think you can specify a single interface without that specific interface showing up on all node details views. If the Top XX works then you can assign that customized view to only switches using "Views by device type".
-
That is version specific but here it is for 10.1.2. I don't have a record of each versions default.
-
Does the interface speed look ok in NPM? If you can post a shot of what you are seeing it would be helpful. Please include information about the IF type, hardware and NPM version.
-
What product are you referring to?
-
Did you enter a layer 3 device in that section?
-
Hello Swack, Your drives are definitely the issue. The more effective spindles you have the better. If you have 8 drives in a RAID 10 you will have 4 effective spindles. Solid state drives are very expensive and I have never tried them so I can't recommend one way or the other. If you have a 10 disc RAID 10 with 15K drives…
-
That requires an upgrade to 10.2.

The graphing engine will only place a point when it has data for that period. Occasionally an SNMP reply may lag and so go into the next minute's window. I believe this is what you are seeing. Try a 30 sec polling period and this should go away. While this may fix the issue, rapid polling of WAN interface is not necessary.…

Please open a ticket on this.

Are you saying that the reports tab on the new web server are pointed to the old server? If so, run config wizard again on the web server and follow the admin guide seection 27 from step 9 on down.
-
Hello Dean and welcome aboard! I'm not sure how to do this but I'm going to move this post to the NCM forum and we'll probably find someone theree who knows. Andy
-
Hi Debbi, It could be either. I suggest you open a support ticket on this one. Andy
-
Go to NetFlow Settings -> Applications and Service Ports -> Enable All Monitoring
-
We are looking at ways to allow this integration - no delivery date to share at this point
-
How many elements are you managing? Look in Admin -> Database Details.
