Did you make a UnDP chart or just the poller? If you have a chart, what values are on it?
-
We don't edit a graphic to show status, so that won't work. I use the 3D disk choice for router icons.
-
Hi Bob, Have you looked through the reports on Content Exchange? There may be something there you could use, or edit for your case.
-
The public demo shows mostly pie charts but in the product you can choose area charts and tables too.
-
I'm not sure what you are seeing from the description. Can you give us more specifics about what you are trying to do?

Change the end of the URL to ?IsMobileView=false

Shadow routers should be deployed as close to the performance measurement point as possible. They are not connected between routers but rather attached to a production router to off load the IP SLA overhead from the production router. For HSPA emulation use a G.729a Codec.
-
What type of interfaces are these? What equipment?

Welcome to thwack! There are a good number of APC custom pollers in the Content Exchange area http://thwack.com/media/g/pollers/default.aspx?INTCMP=THW-GNav_ContentExchange_OrionNPMPollers&Sort=Subject&PageIndex=1 You can import them and edit if you need to.

Not in APM, but we are looking at how to best use other technologies to get this data. For now, you could setup IP SLA DHCP operations from your IP SLA capable devices and monitor it via CLI. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_4/ip_sla/configuration/guide/hsdhcp.html

True. We show the same data but as total traffic per app rather that a rate. This shows you the proportion of traffic that is taking up a link. So if you see Orion is showing a T-1 pegged out you can go to NTA and see what is taking the bandwidth. You can also divide the data for that app by the period and get rate.

I think you have it right. You can eliminate the any condition and create one alert for warning and another one for down. Use the copy function and edit the condition for the second alert to cover down status. Trigger Alert when all of the following apply AlertEnvironment is equal to Department Node Name is not equal to…

Hello, The NTA module will not automatically license to you server, you need to take one of the licenses from the portal and apply it to the NTA server. Go to the Customer Portal, log in and then go to the "Need to Reset Your License?" box in the lower left. This area has instructions to downloading and using the License…

Hi Larry, Not sure what you mean by "the interface is the same". Same utilization, same name?
-
I suggest support on this one.
-
Please open a ticket on this.

d-moore, I'm sorry to hear your experience upgrading to 3.0 did not go well. We do have an extensive true beta program which I invite you to participate in in the future. I would like to have the chance to talk to you more about this. I value all input from the user community. Andy

I suggest you open a ticket with support on this one.

It looks like you're on the right track. RAID 10 (Data) on the 300's and RAID 1 (OS APP) on the 146's. You will only have 2 effective spindles for the data so if there is anything you can do to oround up a couple more 300's it would help a lot. Putting NPM and SQL on the same box may cause slowness. The number of elements…

Thanks for the frank feedback. This is how we know where we need to improve. We will consider this enhancement to the ticket system. I use the Google toolbar auto fill option which recognizes forms I have already filled out and auto fills the fields it can. Saves a lot of time. Andy

Marie is correct - NetFlow does not capture payload. To see how the conversation began you can drill down to the conversation details but I don't know what you could conclude about the conversation purpose from this.
-
Q1 - No Q2 - should be OK Q3 - no known ones but if you do create hundreds you are going into new teritory Q4 - Not that I know of but will ck with the developer Andy
-
Have you tried to rediscover those nodes?
-
I have a machine running 10.1.2 and I don't see that issue. Suggest you open a ticket.
-
How are you determinig that the information is incorrect? What type of interface?
-
Yep - * Log in as as admin * go to manage views * choose NetFlow Endpoint * edit * press + button for column you want to add guage * Choose node Gauges * Choose type you want Note this will only work for enpoints managed in NPM. USer nedpoints are not managed so will not be polled. Adding the gauge does not trigger any…

For 2 make sure time/date is correct on the NPM server and the NPM server. For 1 can you post a screen shot?
-
Corey, Great stuff. I have already noted the MOS 10 charts for feature enhancement but will add you other items here as well. Andy
-
Hi Steve, I recommend you work directly with support on this one. Andy

You'll need 12.3(11)T or later for egress.
