If you are considering installing NTA on only the additional poller that is not a supported configuration. The primary reason to install NTA on an additional poller is for reachability around a firewall or such.

You could enable syslog on the server and set the NPM server (assuming that is what you have) as the log reciever and see who is using the server via syslog. See the NPM Administrator Giude for instructions. There are other syslog products we offer as well such as Kiwi Syslog Server.

Port errors are collected on the interface level. Creating a UnDPs for interface errors from the MIB2.interfaces MIB and transforming the results with a column sum function should do the trick. Errors are measured as in and out on seperate OIDS so you will actually create 2 UnDPs.

The devices don't support NetFlow from what I have been able to find. We support a variety of flow exports in NTA but if the device can't sent a flow, we can't read it.
