I have to say, super disappointing in this not being implemented yet. We are looking at different monitoring solutions that provide this feature (it's not hard since they all do). It is simply too time consuming for us to constantly manually placing nodes in maintenance mode. Every time one of the Directors would ask me to…

How is this even up for voting? This is one of the fundamental features for monitoring system. We just recently implemented Solarwinds the correct way. I am new to the company so I walked into this, but as I am working with the product, this is one of the things that stumps everyone I mention it to - the lack of setting…

We are in a same boat here. Every Friday, we spend time scheduling nodes to maintenance.

The issue is back. I am uninstalling patches now.

Yup! That's exactly it! We just fixed it. Well...until next patching I guess. This is crazy. We uninstalled all patches that were installed on both servers from 8/31/2018 (That was our last patching for these boxes) I can now view the details for nodes. Now for a kicker......you ready? Both polling engines are on a…

More so a different volume. For example, if I had a "data" volume that sometimes fills up, I would like to automatically add space to it and send out an email "Hey, I added some space for you!". Possible?

Thank you for your quick reply. I should probably mention it in my original post. I understand the difference and I would like to retain the polling, hence why 99% of the time we place nodes in maintenance mode by muting them instead of un-managing. What I am reading is, despite the node being placed on MUTE, it will still…

We are experiencing the same problem. We have two polling servers. We upgraded to the newest version of Solarwinds. During the upgrade, our primary was patched over the weekend, which started to cause problems. I did everything...ensured same version (latest) of .NET is on both servers, went through all the…
