As bshopp mentions you should really look to upgrade (currently at 10, lots of new features, bug fix's etc etc). In the meantime if you edit the chart do you have a chart type selected? has it worked before and recently stopped working?

hi thebastidge, The 3750 series all have the same OID as you can stack the 3750's. if you had a stack and were monitoring it in NPM you would get the OID for the master of the stack which someone could mistake for being a standalone switch. That looks like SNMP is no longer working on the device. Can you try accessing the device using another SNMP tool? (Engineers toolset for example)

Hi jonchill, If you chage the label to 'Use labels from a table colum' and use the 'cHsrpGrpVirtualAddr' colum this will now display the HSRP address

Thanks for the response Larry Do you do this in the Import Wizard? I have the trial installed and only get filters in a scheduled job and then it only lets me filter based on Vendor and Machine type and nothing else (I would like to filter based on community string or one of my custom properties)

Ellis, The table is a 'Universal Device Poller Status' resource. If you click 'Customise Page' then you can click the green plus button to add additional resources.

I dont have this problem. All my 2008 R2 box's display correctly... Im running NPM 10.0 SP1... I think this was fixed in 10.0 and was only a problem in 9.5.1 and earlier..
