It has only happened the once to us and the re-install solved it and it was around 3-4 months ago, so I can't remember much about the logs to be honest. I know it's not the best solution if it kept happening, but what I did resolved our fault.

jvb​ thanks for this and your help! That's definitely progress. My only problem now is that it is displaying ALL down nodes and not how many are actually on that specific report. I have a custom property in place to only show me specified down nodes, is there a way to count the number that the report lists?

Nothing stood out and a restart didn't do anything at all. I think some files had messed up, but pin pointing it wasn't so easy. The fresh install of both solved the problem and wasn't too much hassle.

Ye we used to have a VM environment but due to performance issues we switched to physical servers. I'm just wondering if a VM and physical server mixed together is best practice, or doesn't it really matter?
