Is there a post anywhere on how to do product updates once you have HA running? We are a version behind on our modules and I need to start planning the update and just want to know whats required once you have a HA Device pool.

Hi, I have setup the HA pool and had to edit the bindings on the old server to accept the connections on the VIP? I just logged into the new server and checked IIS and found that the Solarwinds NetPerfMon site is in a stopped state. Is this by design or should it be running?

Thanks Steffen. I loaded a support ticket yesterday where they advised to upgrade to NCM2019.4 Hotfix 1. I still havent completed the update, but this resolved my issue!

Found the issue was BitVise not having the algorithm that VNQM was trying to use. Changed a setting and it resolved the issue.
