Really? You want them to hard-code in the server name? So, when they decide to move SW to a different server or change the server name, they will have to change every alert that they put this line in. This wouldn't be my first choice.

Hmmm... still not working. When I disable the alert, all of the active alerts for the alert are deleted. So when I re-enable it (whether I wait or not), it re-triggers the trigger actions and re-sends the messages for everything again (assuming it still meets the criteria).

Does the performance counter category "Process" appear in category list in the perfmon started on target machine? No. No counters appear. We will rebuild the counters later today.

Seems like a simple request. Do you have an idea on how you might implement it? Perhaps if double quotes are put around text (or an equal sign at the beginning), then an exact match would be used. Otherwise, it would work as is. Thanks for the feedback.
