Nice request. I too really need this feature - 650+ switches and counting. EX & SRX critical for me Apart from the trap 'solution' the only way I know a switch has dropped out of the stack is the alert on XX interfaces disappeared.

Any update on the chance of this being remediated for UDT 3.3? When I unmonitor the physical ports I loose my end point client data after a few days. I'm trying to use UDT to map client devices (POS,PC etc) to the physical switch ports by IP/DNS entry. Mark
