Which version is this and what mail client do you use? The the Printable=True web link should work. I do see that this has been reported in 8.5 here but there is no workaround suggested. I have also seen issue with Lotus Notes and attachmetns here

You have to add the custom poller to your node view. So go in the Admin Page -> Manage Views then create a new View for a node that has a custom poller. Not sure if I'm reading this correctly but try this- To remove this extra tab locate the My Computerc:\\->Inetpub-> Sloarwinds folder. InC:\InetPub\SolarWinds Locateany instances of a wireless module folder and delete them. Refreshthe Web browser and that should clear out the extraneous tab.
