You can go into the Admin -> Web Console Settings and adjust the Font sizes for your charts. Also try increasing the width of your columns. If you were using Firefox you could press ctrl -/+ to increase or decrease the Font size on the fly.

Is is listed in the Task Manager? The launch pad might already be open, do you see an Orange box witht a SW logo in the taskbar? Can you browse to SWLauncher.exe to open it? Are you getting any .net errors or not responding' error?

I'm not too sure about this one, the only thing I can think to do would be to define the NIC card same way you would with Orion and Cirrus so that when the tools access the net they use a specific NIC. My understanding is it's not actually changing the defaults, but defining what traffic goes to what NICs. Perhaps someone…
