Check the Actions tab when going through your alerts. That is the default reply address which can be deleted. Also, have you acknowledged this alert? It may fire until it has been acknowledged.

I see that you have SP3 installed. Since this issue was addressed in SP2 I believe, I would try re-applying SP3 to see if that helps. If not then you might consider opening a support ticket.

There is not a snap-in - you will need the Toolset to be installed on the Cirrus server for the integration to work.
