Look in the look inthe C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\Mapsfor any .Orionmap files and see if there are other maps in there. Will they open? Do you have a backup of your maps folder you could copy into the map directory folder?

That is good that they do exist. Try to do and Add/Remove -> Change -> Repair on this installation and reapply SP3 after that.

Let me pull the case and see what the status is. From looking at some of the cases you have opened you might want to check your Spam filter for replies from the support reps. to make sure you are receiving the responses.

The Advanced and Basic Alerts will not trigger off of traps. This is by design. As Josh said, the problem was fixed in SP2 of APM 1.0. We're about to release SP2 of APM 2.0, so if you're still on APM 1.0, we recommend that you upgrade. SP2 has now been released

When you open the Zip look at the README for Hotfix 3 which is in folder 2- You should not have any trouble- many customers have applied the Hotfixes without incident.

Open the DB Mgr-> NPM DB and expand the tree to the interfaces table. Hit query then refresh and you should see the first column to read NodeID. After changing the Read-Write button at the top you can then manually edit the offending row.
