As a workaround you can test advanced alerts by using the Advanced Alert Manager. This application is located in advanced features under Solarwinds Orion. Do no test from NPM.

Have you verified if they exist in your cusomter portal? If not, then you would need to raise a support ticket.

I see, I think your best bet then would be to email customerservice@solarwinds.com and let them know the situation and they should be able to work through the unknowns, just try to provide as much background and details as you can.

It looks as though the Hotfixes have never been installed. They would be listed -> hklm>software>solarwinds>orion>core>HotfixVersion When you login to the customer portal and click on downloads you will see the Hotfixes for version 2.1-

Thanks, What about the other settings- Poll Interval for Nodes, Interfaces and Volumes? Rediscover resources? Is your graphing interval different from the polling interval?

I would call into support or re-open the ticket you had to troubleshoot further. I do not see that resource listed on your screen shot and I was hoping it would be an easy fix,also check the IIS properties Connection Timeout setting.

IPAM supports Cisco routers and layer 3 switches which run IOS 12.2 (8) or above. These devices need to support commands ‘show running-config’, ‘show ip dhcp pool’ and ‘show ip dhcp binding’ to be scanned.

Did the DBA mention which tables are fragmented? I would recommend doing a Compact on these tables individually. Doing the entire DB at once might take a while, so for starters take the tables mentioned and perform a manual Compact/Rebuild Indexes on them. Netsuite has identified the issue as being related to non-us country codes and are trying to fix this as a top priority. Until then you might select US as a country now regardless of your country when submitting a ticket.

With Basic- you need to un-check the box for the alert- Under Configure Basic Alerts- For an Advanced you would need to Edit the Alert and un-check Enable this Alert box.

From the Summary Page to the right of the All Nodes Resource-> Manage Nodes will take you into the Node Management page. Check one of the nodes and then click the Edit Properties button. Scroll to the bottom of that page and you will see the custom properties.

Try going into Add/Remove Programs and running the 'Repair' option for your Orion installation and if that does not work you might consider a re-install then :-(
