For multiple job instances- see this thread - here

His reset is above and this is the Escalate setting

the DEV team is currently looking into this...

Hi: First thanks for respond. - " Mark" if i want to send it to solarwinds, how much time it will take? Time will vary - (depending on the Support case load) Open a ticket and submit the MIBs you need to be added- and you should receive a better ETA on turnaround.
-
Since it didn't work it would be best if you open a ticket and submit some diagnostics. The Diagnostics Utility can be found in C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\SolarwindsDiagnostics.exe [assuming a default install path] and can shed more light on what is occurring. forms.netsuite.com/.../externalcasepage.nl

Updating the report schemas allows Report Writer to display and use custom property information. You might try to update your report schemas for the custom properties: 1. Ensure that the Report Writer is closed, and then click Start > SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor > Advanced Features > Custom Property Editor. 2.…

and this one-

It is there- click on the Hotfix 4 and it should contain the date of 6/27/07 ftp.solarwinds.net/.../Orion8.1Hotfixes.zip
-
Yes, the file is located on the server that Orion is installed on.
-
I notice that Solarwinds is ignoring the question of why the installer left the customer hanging on the database conversion... That may not be a question you can answer off hand but you could at least reassure me that you'll go back and smack someone on my behalf for not taking care of that. Rest assured we hear you loud…

How many nodes do you have? Does this occur with other reports or just Response Time?
-
Have you tried to create a APM-Monitor Alert? Something like trigger when ALL apply monitor status is = down monitor name is = to aaa monitor name is = to bbb monitor name is = to ccc
-
Well that's realy bad, most software that have user profiles, you can change specific users profile without affecting other users... How can i add a change request to the build of Orion so that they can povide that? I have several users, and not all of them want to see the same info, but putting all the different views in,…

What is basic configuration between the 3640 – the PIX and Orion? Since the interface is managed in Orion, then I recommend double-checking the monitored sources within NetFlow settings. There was an earlier issue where NetFlow was not detecting the new interface until the NetFlow Traffic Analyzer service is restarted.…

Try walking the device with the SNMP MIB Browser, does it display any data?
-
Yes, theoretically this should work.
-
It looks like a permissions issue. I would open a trouble ticket to get this resolved. As for APM - the latest service pack addressed some of the unknown status issues.
-
I've attached the file. See if adding this helps....
-
Actually that link is in the process of being updated with the most recent Eval Guide- I am attaching it here in my reply for you-
-
Read midway into this thread- this might be a DB naming issue, hence it cannot locate SQL.
-
There is a conflict with a previous license (eval/production/beta) and or serial number in the registry. Support can assist you in getting this cleared up.

fyi... Click on the Envelope in the right hand corner to get a direct link - http://www.solarwinds.com/NetPerfMon/SolarWinds/OrionAGManagingAlerts.htm

Would you mind creating a case for this. There are several possibilites for a resolution. forms.netsuite.com/.../externalcasepage.nl

Seedfiles are picky. I'm not sure what yours looks like but Tabs and no-spaces between the nodes and the ip are important.
-
Sorry- I was off- The box actually reads "Send Alert any time Status changes" - This may help, although you stated this just started only after upgrading so there may be something else going on here. One thing you might also try is to Click Start -> Programs -> Solarwinds Orion -> Database Utilities -> Database Manager.…

Actually - go here page 19- for the integration steps.
-
Could be several things possibly. When you click on the plus sign on any of those additional views does anything show? On the specific view, are you are adding a resource that does not match to the view type you are adding it to? If you are trying to add the All Nodes resource to a Node Details view this can't be done as…

John The web interface will be messed up until you upgrade all of the modules.

I think you need to customize the menu bar to acheive what you want. Scroll to the bottom of the "Select Menu Itmes to add ...Menu Bar" page and click on Add Custom Menu Item and create a Menu button for the view you created. Name it what you wish- Submit and then delete out the previous "Home" menu item.

that is true- Per the Orion Release Notes... Note: RAID 1+0 is recommended; due to intense I/O requirements, RAID 5 is not recommended. For SLX level (unlimited objects) installations, SolarWinds recommends that Orion NPM and SQL Server are installed on separate servers, as follows: ServerRecommended ConfigurationOrion NPM…
