not at this time, however, you could add custom fields at the category level and when you select the level above it all the children including the custom fields will show in the right hand pane. Those coulmns can be dragged into any order.

I imagine the database is too large for the diagnostics to run against? not sure, have not seen that one before. Let me look into other options here....

They should have been attached to all the support tickets with that particular test track. Please double check the ticket and or mail filters for any attachments sent. I believe this went out a few days ago.

We are currently experiencing problems with pass-through authentication. As a workaround you can disable it and put IIS back to anonymous authentication to see if that helps.

Merely a suggestion here but try to do the Repair through the Add/Remove programs and see if that helps. If that does not I would call support 866-530-8040 to address the issue.

SolarWinds should at least acknowledge the tickets even if they respond "currently working on the issue" or "attempting to recreate this issue in our labs" or something. Can you find the case number for this? You might need to check the mail spam filters for the responses.

Should the VoIP service show up in the Orion Service Manager? It doesn't and I've looked through just about everything I can think it would be and still nothing. I'm going to attempt to reinstall the Netflow Module as well. No- These module are web based - They will appear in your Orion Web Console only.

Alterego, We had the same problem - the solution was to copy the map file to a new name and use that. Dunno why, but it worked like a charm. Don Did you try this too?
