Ok, this is nice. I give it two thumbs up. Coming from the Loggly camp, this ability plus all the integration between SWO and HCO... Yeah. This is really worth looking into. 

Bring a friend or fly me out there! If you have not gone to one go! Just read over some of the commentary on THWACK by others who went if you need endorsements/more reasons to go. You will get to ask live questions and interact with others who have most likely suffered some of the same issues and solved a few of them.

Its all of the above. Handling performance between cloud/non-cloud, multiple datacenters, scaling growth without paying more than your company's net worth, and keeping the DBA team from running away from the office and screaming random comments about the data....

Even if you are not a DBA, Kevin is an awesome speaker and can bring you past the point of running away in fear of SQL admin. Totally worth attending, more so as it is free!

Wow 21! And here is to 21 more! I don't think I will be participating in that next big party though . It is simple, without Thwack, there would be no bracket battles, and no quick lookups to see who else found and fixed that issue you have! But it is really about the brack battles.. and thwack store.

well, serves me right for getting click happy. Had the subnet calc programmed, but number one is worded very carefully. You may not really need the calculator if you read it correctly.
