You can not upgrade the affected APE if you want to upgrade your version. And since it license is expire on that APE support will not help you fix it if you encounter any issues on that APE.

If all suggestions fails, I recommend to upload the file to an online drive and provide the link to the case that you have open. The support tech that is assigned on the case will download the file from the link.
