More than once I have gone to replace a users monitor, and been asked if their data will be safe. It took several minutes to explain that just because they SEE their files on the monitor, it isn't actually stored there. More. Than. Once.

We're in the process of upgrading ours (which is the secondary data center) so right now it's a couple racks with spaghetti-string wiring and unlabeled machines.. Someday, though, our prints will come.

Ah, I misunderstood, I thought you meant you just didn't assign tickets directly to them (like, our techs just grab them). sorry!
