Impressive... that's some serious automation. Did you try View>Local Global Options and checking "Resize Window on Connect"?
-
Yes, this is possible in Orion IPAM today.
-
Although not exactly easy, it is possible to do what you're trying to do via ipMonitor's SOAP interface. You can find more information and some reference implementations here.
-
There's not an easy way to do this. Curious, what's your use case? What's the page external to ipMonitor where you want the device status displayed?

Sorry for the delayed reply. Checking...

This Knowledge Base article should help. -Craig

Questionario, Great question; unfortunately, the report is going to be static. This is a great suggestion, and I have passed it along to the PM for IPAM. -Craig
-
Scott, What are you trying to do... build an alert, a report? Just trying to understand the problem you're trying to solve. Thanks! Craig

Not something I've done, but there are a number of posts on some other forums that may help: https://blogs.technet.com/b/heyscriptingguy/archive/2011/11/28/four-easy-ways-to-import-csv-files-to-sql-server-with-powershell.aspx Import CSV file into SQL Server - Stack Overflow Recommended method to import a .csv file into…

Today we can alert on subnet or DHCP scope utilization, but we can't alert on status changes for individual IPs. It seems like this would generate many, many emails, especially if you're managing lots of subnets. What's the problem you're trying to solve? -Craig

justin, We have plans to address search in the next release. I will be updating the 'What We're Working On' posts for IPAM, IPSLAM, and Toolset sometime next week. HTH, Craig

Hi bellch, Sorry for the delayed reply; looks like this one feel through the cracks. Have you tried opening a support ticket? They should be able to help if you haven't figured this out already. -Craig
-
Sounds like a bug. I would suggest opening a support ticket so we can try and reproduce. -Craig
-
Thanks, Brian. We will consider this for a future release. I will be reaching out to you if we do. -Craig
-
I checked with Chris in Support and he said he's working this with you. Please let us know once you get this resolved; others in the community may be having a similar issue. Thanks! Craig

Hi Dan, All great feedback... thanks for posting. #1 - We're planning on fixing this soon. #s 2,3, & 4 - Great suggestions. I've logged these as feature requests. -Craig

Hi erlend, Sorry for the delay in responding; we were trying to reproduce your issue, and were unsuccessful in doing so. I'm assuming you're referring to the gauge values, which you should be able to edit the thresholds accordingly. I just tried it and it worked for me. At this point I would recommend opening a support…

Sorry for the delayed reply. This is not something you can do with the software itself, but is typically done via Group Policy.

Not a bug, but definitely an opportunity for a UI improvement in IPAM. For now, check out these threads: Essentially, you can set it to display more than 150; however, this can get ugly the higher you set it. Another workaround (as mentioned in Peter's post) is to separate the subnets into different groups. HTH, Craig

Have you tried opening a support ticket?
-
There is no hard coded limit in the software. -Craig
-
Have you opened a support ticket? If not I would do so and we can take a closer look at what's going on. -Craig

Hey Derek, I'm checking on this... -Craig

Hello, This is not currently supported with our existing command line switches. You can find a complete list of supported command line switches here: Mini Remote Control Command Line Switches -Craig

You can find a complete list of tokens in the Admin Guide here (starting on page 184). -Craig

What version are you running? I was able to add this column without issue. In fact, the IP Address/Domain Name column is available in the Resource Based Settings as well as Common Configuration Settings and I was able to add the column twice. If you're running the latest version (10.7) and you're still unable to get it to…

adamras- It's not currently possible to easily exclude specific days for alerts (as you have discovered). I will log this as a feature request. Thanks for the feedback. -Craig
-
Hey John, Thanks for the suggestion. How would you like to see them ordered? Do you need them alphabetically sorted, or do you want to manipulate the order of each discrete component, like the Netflix queue (if you've ever used that)? -Craig
-
OK, what you're trying to do isn't possible today, but it will be in the future. See bshopp's post here on what we're working on for NPM, specifically the last bullet point: * Ability to add and edit notes to alerts in the web console and view in notifications Once this has been added, you should be able to create a report…
