You're looking for the SQL Server Query template, which is grouped under the 'SQL Server' templates filter when manually applying monitors. HTH, Craig

Which version of WHD are you trying to configure, and what database are you using?
-
Sorry for the delay in replying... we've been discussing this internally. One question for you: what are you referring to when you say 'the macro'?
-
Not currently supported through the reporting engine, although there is an email log you can parse through for this information. Curious, what's the use case for wanting such a report? Thanks! Craig
-
Mr Sampsonite, Great suggestion. We've actually looked at this, and RPC provides some advantages over WMI (the main being speed). I've logged this as a feature request and we'll consider it for a future release. -Craig

You could infer some of this information from the existing reports, but we don't explicitly track config changes. -Craig
-
It's not currently possible to suppress menu items. We're now tracking this is a feature request (266020). -Craig
-
hhernandez, This is not possible in the product today; however I've logged this as a feature request. -Craig

Anders, Thanks for the post. We are actively investigating this issue. If you wouldn't mind, please open a support ticket and submit diagnostics. Thanks! Craig
-
Erik, We don't typically see DHCP servers running on Linux, although we do see quite a bit of DNS running on Debian. I would open a support ticket so we can start tracking this issue. -Craig
-
Which specific monitors are you using?
-
Hi Jon, It's definitely on the list. Thanks for the feedback. -Craig
-
This is not currently on the roadmap for IP SLA Manager. -Craig

You actually want to use the Client Agent MSI Builder which will allow you to create a profile once you've configured the agent with the desired settings. If you're on Windows 8 just type 'MSI Builder' and it should pull up the app for you to launch. If you're on a pre-Windows 8 OS then it should be in the…

Thanks for the feedback. At what % packet loss do you still experience noticeable issues with call quality?
-
Thanks, Byron... I've logged as a feature request. -Craig
-
Chandru- Could you provide some more detail on what you're trying to do with the alert? For example, what are the trigger conditions for your bandwidth alert, and what are the conditions you want to be alerted on for the Top 10's? Thanks! Craig
-
We have a fix for this planned in the next release. -Craig
-
Term, Thanks for the feedback. I'd like to clarify a few p0oints. Although you have the ability to manage basic alerts from the web console, you have the additional flexibility to create more complex alerts through the Advanced Alert Manager. Yes, creating these advanced alerts can be more complex, but they give you…
-
Are you saying that it's reporting the value rounded to the nearest 10 as opposed to the actual value to the hundreths decimal place? What values are these alerts for? Physical memory? Commit memory? Drive space? Or something else? -Craig
-
Jeff, Terribly sorry for the delayed reply. Are you still having an issue? If so, I would recommend opening a support ticket so we can take a closer look. -Craig
-
If you're still getting this error, please open a support ticket and reference this thwack post. -Craig

What's the model of the Procurve switch? We haven't seen this before and would like to try and reproduce. Thanks! Craig
-
fitzgeraldjm Could you open a support ticket and send us diagnostics? Hopefully that can help us narrow down why APM is having problems executing the AutoIt functions. Please reference this thwack thread in your support ticket. Thanks! Craig

Radek, You have a number of customizations available to you in terms of the email content, but restricting by character limits or size of the email is unfortunately not one of them. Here are some of the other options you have in terms of customization: Enable this recovery action If enabled, this action will be initiated…

hassane777, Not sure I understand your question... I have seen other customers use shadow routers next to the production routers for which they are interested in creating IP SLA operations. They use the shadow routers specifically for sending IP SLA traffic so the tests don't interfere with the traffic or performance on…
-
Not currently. Are these critical for you? What problems would these solve for you? Here are the operations IP SLA Manager supports today. * HTTP – Measure the round-trip time to access a Web page * FTP – Measure the round-trip time to transfer a file * DNS – Measure the DNS look-up time (time to request and receive a…

Sounds like you're on a pretty old version. I would recommend upgrading to the latest and see if you're still experience this issue. -Craig

I think adding some additional Windows monitors is a good next step for troubleshooting the issue. If that doesn't help you narrow things down, I'd suggest opening a support ticket and reference this thread. HTH, Craig
