You should be able to use the Mass Edit feature by which you can filter for the Drive Space Monitors group and specify the values Chris indicated for all Drive Space Monitors.

JDuden- I would recommend checking out APM anyway. It was specifically designed to monitor applications. You can try it for free and figure out if it will meet your needs in your specific environment. -Craig

For the purposes of the Host List, yes, the import is like a snapshot. It's just an easy way to populate the Central Host List with AD objects. Not sure I understand the second part of your question... can you elaborate on what you mean by 'manage' the domain?
-
Glad to hear the hotfixes solved your issue. The invalid category error is related to known issues with WMI, which is something we're looking at addressing long term in APM. -Craig
-
In our performance testing in an APM-standalone scenario, peak capacity on a single poller was in the neighborhood of 10K component monitors. -Craig

sgtwtf, Try upgrading to the latest; we're on 10.4 now. -Craig
-
Hi Dave, Apologies; I just realized I never got back to you on this. I'm sure you've moved on by now, but it's not possible to create this type of report. -Craig
-
All great suggestions, many of which we're already thinking about or tracking internally. Keep 'em coming! -Craig
-
etera, We are aware of the issue and will be addressing it in a future release. In the meantime, there is a workaround. If you create them from the subnet up (as opposed to the supernet down), you should be ok. HTH, Craig

Hi Lance, I've responded to your comments here. -Craig

vhabaccisco, You should be able to use your existing Orion/Toolset integration to achieve this. If you're running Toolset 10.4 or greater, you should have the Workspace Studio menu option available via the right-click Toolset integration with Orion. Simply right-click on an IP in IPAM >> Workspace Studio >> Switch Port…

Thanks, Jesper! As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated. What do you mean by bulk import of subnets? You can import address files today, as well as bulk add subnets (we added this in 1.6). -Craig
-
Good news; we are already working on this. We have had many requests to be able to target a device outside of the WAN for certain IP SLA operations.
-
luis4837, How would you use the data? We're aware of several different use cases for CDR data; I'm curious as to what yours are and what problems this data would solve for you. To answer your question, no definite timeframes. -Craig
-
orioncrack, that's certainly not our intent, and apologies for giving you that perception. If you'd like, shoot me an email with your ticket number and I can give you the latest. craig.mcdonald@solarwinds.com -Craig

If only it were that easy. :-) Unfortunately, this data is not stored in a MIB, so we you can't get to it via UnDP. HTH, Craig
-
Don331, What data would you need to assess the 'performance' of a particular business unit or employee(s)? -Craig
-
Got it... thanks for the feedback, Byron! -Craig
-
GoldTipu, What problem are you trying to solve by moving the file to a different location? -Craig
-
I can confirm, the issue specific to IP SLA Manager charts will be fixed in the next release, which is currently in the Release Candidate phase. HTH, Craig
-
Jonathan, This is something we're working on for the next release. It should work the same as the multiple object chart in NPM for interfaces, but you'll now have the option to select multiple applications and/or components on the same chart. HTH, Craig
-
I would recommend opening a support ticket if the previous suggestions in this thread aren't helping. The nature of the issue you're experiencing is going to require some troubleshooting. -Craig
-
I can't commit to a date or an ETA (see Denny's blog post here about why we can't talk about dates), but I can tell you we're actively working on these operations. HTH, Craig
-
We aim to please. :-)

Yes

No new updates. We're thinking about it, but nothing we can commit to at this point in time. In the meantime, you can monitor statistics on Avaya devices using the Universal Device Poller. -Craig
-
Have either of you tried looking in the Content Exchange? There are some reports there posted by other SolarWinds customers that might help. In addition, here are a couple of posts that provide some SQL examples for writing reports: -Craig
-
Would you be interested in a GoTo with our Dev team? We'd like to see you reproduce the problem. -Craig

We officially tested and claimed support for 2008R2 in 10.5.1. http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/ipMonitor/docs/ReleaseNotes/releaseNotes.htm HTH, Craig

Good deal!
