I think rather then multiple clients, clients who are CC'd into tickets should have the option to update/view the ticket through their web portal. At the moment they can only update tickets if they email, which is what we are trying to remove as an option.

Does any one know if this is even being addressed? as a ticket management system I would expect this to be part of the basic features??

Did we ever get anywhere with this? we are looking at putting our change control into this system but this bit is becoming a challenge.

Have you amended the way reports are generated? we now dont have the option to select an overall category to report on we have to drill right down? This is a pain.
