  • We need this desperately. It is honestly our biggest challenge with end users - we have resorted to creating all kinds of workarounds to tell our users not to submit certain categories as tickets and to use service forms instead. PLEASE make this happen!
  • Do you have any plans to separate the categories for incidents and service forms? We use four of our categories specifically in service forms (Creative, Communications, etc.) and do not want them to appear as options on the Incident side. Since we have no way to hide them from that form, it is confusing our customers.
