i have a question about 2950 cisco switch 1. Is it a layer 3 switch ? so why its not enable for routing ? 2. If i upgrade the IOS of 2950, after that the problem of interface valn will be resolved or not ? prblm of interface vlan is if i up one interface the second vlan interface goes down automatically
