Just a quick update. In logs: problem with deserialization from JSON. We get the result after poll Interfaces and Asset Inventory but we cannot save it because of deserialization exception. Asset Inventory: 2024-01-11 10:53:11,952 [STP SmartThreadPool Thread #0] ERROR SolarWinds.JobEngine.WorkerProcess.AgentDispatcher -…

I just found out this morning it was a NetPath connection Cheers Martin

Could try checking the discovery logs here C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Discovery Engine regarding errors when adding nodes. Or if you have access to the polled nodes via and agent, you could check C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs_Agent

I have seen this a lot on WPM transactions that are hosted on MS Power platform, or that have a Microsoft authentication step in the transactions, i have tried adding long waits before and after the authentication pages but still the transaction alerts.

I've deleted the server today from SolarWinds and reinstalled a fresh agent on there. Tried List resource to add the interface and the same issue has occurred.

yes CPU, Memory & Volumes all monitored fine via Agent, its just the interface stats

Thanks for the reply. I've been working with support using WBEMTEST and I can see the wmi values, also tried running some powershell scripts like these below brings back the interface data but SolarWinds still cannot poll this data via Agent OR WMI? So the fault is in SolarWinds somewhere. Support have logs to investigate…

Hey Adam, no problem i appreciate any replies I tried deleting the interface, then 'List resource' (not the cached list) adding the same one back into monitoring, still no joy. I've uninstalled the agent and reinstalled it as well and repeated the above to no avail.

Thank you for your help! Tried the above and still cant see any interface stats when polling via WMI, so i think it could be issues with the WMI classes...

Hey Stu, great to see you last week as well! These OIDS cannot be found in the UnDP tool, this was my first port of call. Feels like I'm missing something...The OIDS in the IfEntry table i cant even see them assigned to the Node in the UnDP where you can manually select a node to see what OIDS are listed. The data is…

thanks for the reply, and sorry for the vagueness. It's basically an oid in the IfEntry table, you can see the different ones when searching in the mib browser I can't find a way using UNDP to remove one of these oids from a specific node

Thank you for your reply & advise. I think i have made a start here with my new SWQL below but I'm struggling to progress it SELECT Component.Uri, Component.DisplayName FROM Orion.APM.Component AS Component RIGHT JOIN orion.APM.MultipleStatisticData data on data.ComponentID = component.ComponentID WHERE data.ComponentID =…

Check your SWIS logs, we noticed some API pollers were causing it, the problematic API pollers were setup up to poll solarwinds infratrucuture with a SWQL query

We have come to realise this is also happening when a failover event occurs on the MPE's, ever since we upgraded to 2023.2.0 Support Case: #01444949

Hello, did you find any solution for this? I have a related question where the same message queue stated above has been created several times, but there are no queued messages in them? Just a huge increase in the number of this type of queue. Many thanks
