No problem! You'll have to excuse me though. I have a pretty busy day. I will try to get this done as soon as possible. Probably after 12 EST. Thanks for your response!

I too would also like to see this. It was recommended to me that I use a generic device with a variation, but I am not sure if that will get me where I have to go. The A5800 has a command set extremely similar to that of Cisco's. Examples: Cisco Config Display: show running-config HP Config Display: display…

I went a little further and produced some putty logs with annotations/notes about how the system responds to the various scenarios outlined in the linked article from Nanda. I created individual text files with notes. I'd like to send these to Solarwinds but they contain sensitive data and I don't want to just display them…

Nanda, I have the files prepped, just waiting on your instructions. Please see my post from yesterday.

I have created the log file as listed by the documentation. I also have some annotations to add about the device itself. I would prefer to send this to a Solarwinds email address directly as it was necessary to show some specifics about my switch configurations. I did some troubleshooting on this and it appears like the troubleshooting bundle indicates that the script is calling "enable" instead of "system-view" to get into privileged mode. This probably needs to be corrected. Here's a screenshot of what I am referencing: Edit: You also don't need to be in system-view mode to call…

I can't change the ">" but I can put things in front of it. End result being "hostname>" or "hostname-dd-mm-yy-tt:ss>".

So that didn't work. I think I have a vague idea about what is going on, but I don't know how to deal with it. So the prompt for the NetScaler is a ">". In the Netscaler config, we have some custom regex values and there are a few instances of ">" character. If a user does "show runningconfig" of course, the NetScaler just…

Screen shot below is what I currently have configured for both jobs I have setup.
