I guess the header is called the Sticky Tool Bar. Would be great to have the Requester Name on the top. Watching a SolarWinds video conference today and noticed this even during the VC. Hard to personalize comments if you have to scroll all the time.

I wonder if a change to 24 hr (military time) for business hours would help this? I don't think there is an option to set 24 hr clock. Not my preference but maybe easier coding?

Have used forms to allow certain forms (with selected fields) to show when catagories are picked. Not sure if this will help you or not, but we had a case where Service Request were going to a group and getting emails and then the users of the task also were getting emails. Double up. What I did was create a group such as No notification with no one assigned to it and then assigned the request to that group. That way…

They did send out a status alert on Friday about Index Loading issues but did resolve it a bit later . That would impact system speed.

When I click on the "Open Designer", I get a pop up window that says "Portal Homepage Designer" in the top left. From there I can add Widgets and edit what is there. You can click Save & Preview and also Publish when all done. Not sure if that helps?

We noticed on Monday that it had started working again. Thought maybe it was the weekend update that solved it. Just happy it is working again!
