I would like to validate SP2 in a few more customer environments that are running NTA 3.0. If you are willing to install SP2 on your NTA server, please send me a private message with your contact information. I'll select a few volunteers and monitor the install of SP2 and the subsequent performance through GoToMeeting.

I suggest that you contact our technical support department so we can investigate this problem. It would be helpful if you can give them a packet capture between the Switch Port Mapper and one of your Dell switches that has multiple VLANs.

What is the error message that you are receiving? There is a log file located in \My Documents\SolarWinds\Logging that can help in debugging problems with the NetFlowConfigurator. Can you email the contents of the file to me?

The best way to handle this is for you to gather a packet capture of the traffic between Switch Port Mapper and the 6509's and then contact our support department.
