Thanks but I already tried adding another link to the Traps.asp page on the menu bar but still it is not showing any traps and there is still no option on the Type of Trap field.

Thank you for your suggestion. We have confirmed on the server that snmptrap is using port 162/UDP and no other app is using that port. How about on the Web Console under Trap, do you have any idea on why is there no option on the Type Of Trap field? Thanks!
