I have found a work around to this with the use of Custom Fields, Custom Forms and Dynamic Form Rules. The only issue is that the new field is placed at the bottom of the form below the system default fields which somewhat makes it out of place.

I would also like the Scan report to indicate the devices that have been found. List the IP address in a table showing what was found, and the device name attached to that IP address. Other IP addresses that were unable to gather information from, this can be stated if it was unreachable or if there was a credential issue.…

If you enter the persons name in the search bar at the top of the page, it pulls all the assets the person is assigned, the computers, the incidents they created. You can then select each item and un-assign the asset or whatever else you need to do. 

This is possible if you have MS365 and Azure in your environment.
