Ohhh man is this IOS App limited! Was just with a user at their desk, and needed to look at a note on a ticket for a phone number, and it is UNAVAILABLE. Don't hold your breath or anything like that, your feature request for anything regarding the mobile app will be completely ignored. What a rip-off!!!!!
